The main objective was to create a modern living space that would give the owner full control over the flat from anywhere in the world. A key element of the project was the implementation of smart solutions to support day-to-day living - such as remote control of air conditioning, lighting and blinds - to enhance user comfort and make the flat more functional and in line with modern living standards.

As part of the project, the Ampio automation system was installed, enabling comprehensive management of the apartment’s key functions. The solutions implemented include smart control of lighting, blinds, heating and air conditioning. The system also integrates security and access control features.

This allows residents to conveniently manage all the apartment’s functions both on-site - via personalised touch panels - and remotely - via an app. The automation system enables the creation of scenes and automations that tailor the operation of the systems to the residents’ current needs.
